Yes — discovering cafés, browsing vibe-validated recommendations, and contributing reviews are free. We may introduce optional premium features down the road, but the core experience stays free.
How do I delete my account or my data?
Email us at help@cafecartographer.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the email tied to your account. We'll verify and delete your data within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details on what's retained anonymously.
Why is my favorite café not showing up?
We focus exclusively on independent cafés — no chains. If you know an indie spot that's missing, email us the name and location and we'll add it to our review queue.
I'm a café owner. How do I get listed or claim my page?
Email us at help@cafecartographer.com with "Café Owner Inquiry" in the subject. Include your café name, address, and a way to verify ownership.
How does the vibe matching actually work?
EB (our recommendation engine) blends your stated preferences with community-validated tags — things like crowd energy, work-friendliness, and aesthetic — to surface cafés that fit what you're looking for right now. It learns from your interactions over time.
Can I share feedback or suggest a feature?
